Active Ingredients: Paracetamol 500mg; Piriton 2mg; Pseudoephedrine 30mg

Mechanism Of Action: Paracetamol is a non opioid narcotic analgesic and antipyretic. It acts on the hypothalamus to produce antipyresis.

Chlorpheniramine (Piriton) is an antihistamine H1 receptor antagonist in blood vessels, respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract.

Pseudoephedrine is an alpha-adrenergic agonist of receptors that are present in respiratory mucosa, causing vasoconstriction, directly stimulates beta-adrenergic receptors and causes bronchial relaxation

Indications: Temporary relief of symptoms of Common cold and Allergic Rhinitis such as Nasal congestion, Headache, Fever, Sneezing, Rhinorrhea, Itching and watery eyes.

Dose:

Adult: > 12yrs- 1-2 caplets every 4-6hrs, not exceeding 8 caplets daily

Child: 6-12yrs- ½ Caplet three times daily
