Active Ingredients: Paracetamol 500mg; Phenylephrine Hcl 10mg, Chlorpheniramine maleate 2mg

Mechanism Of Action: Paracetamol is a non narcotic analgesic and antipyretic. Paracetamol exerts its analgesic and antipyretic effect by inhibition of prostaglandins.

Phenylephrine is a sympathomimetic agent used as a nasal decongestant.

Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine H1 receptor antagonist in blood vessels, respiratory tract.

Indications: Temporary relief aid symptoms of Influenza, Hay fever and other allergies of the URTI such as Headaches, Increased sinus congestion and pressure, Nasal congestion, Rhinorrhea and Sneezing, Minor aches and pains, Itchy nose or throat, as well as itchy and watery eyes.

Dose:

Adult & Child > 12yrs: 1 tablet 3-4 times daily, not exceeding 6 tablets in 24hrs

Child: 6-12yrs- ½ tablet 3-4 times daily
