Active Ingredients: Paracetamol 500mg; Guaranine 30mg

Mechanism Of Action: Paracetamol is a non narcotic analgesic and antipyretic. It acts on the hypothalamus to produce antipyresis. May work peripherally to block pain impulse generation. Paracetamol exerts its analgesic and antipyretic effect by inhibition of prostaglandins.

Guaranine works by increasing pain threshold. Caffeine is also known as Guaranine, derived from Guarana paste, one of the major sources of caffeine

Indications: Toothache, Headache, Joint pain, Period pain, Fever, Cold, Flu.

Dose:

Adult: 0.5- 1g every 4-6hrs. Maximum of 4g daily

Child: Not recommended
